ALI Seminar Exhibitor Registration

The ALI Seminar Exhibits and Displays by National and International companies that exhibit and display their products has become extremely popular. Therefore, since exhibit space is limited, please make your reservations early. ALI has completely sold out all exhibit spaces the last two years.

A reservation will provide you with a ten-foot space and an eight-foot display table (with table cloth and two chairs) placed against a side wall around the Ballroom with the cocktail reception service being in the center of the room. The February 2009 exhibit spaces will accommodate most exhibitor's booths. If you find your exhibit booth will exceed the 10 ft. space you will need to reserve two spaces since impinging on the next exhibitor is unfair and cannot be allowed. If you require electrical service for your exhibit, the Ballroom has outlets around the peripheral of the walls. However, it will be necessary for you to bring your own electrical drop cords to plug into these outlets (we suggest a 50' length); also, a multiple outlet would be advisable. You may set up your display anytime after noon, the day of the displays.

Each exhibitor will be allocated badges for two people to oversee the exhibit and three guests (per space). These "exhibitor" and "guest" badges will provide free access to the exhibit area and cocktail/reception. All "Exhibitors" and "Guests" must pre-register at the time the exhibit is reserved, or at least two weeks prior to the date of the seminar/exhibits. Additional Exhibitor "Guest" badges may be purchased from ALI by pre-registration or by purchasing a guest badge at the door. It will be necessary to have an Exhibitor, Guest or Attendee badge in order to be admitted to the Exhibits. Exhibitor/Guest badge holders will have access to the Exhibits only. Those wishing to attend the ALI Advanced Seminar technical sessions to be held the two days following the exhibits will need to register for the seminar. As always, heavy hors d'oeuvres will be compliments of ALI. Cocktails will be available from a cash bar. All attendees registered for the ALI Seminar will automatically have access to the exhibit room and cocktail reception.
